Vantage Leadership Consulting promotes Eileen Linnabery to partner

Vantage Leadership Consulting has promoted Eileen Linnabery, PhD, to partner.

Based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Linnabery has been at Vantage since 2014. In her new role as partner, Linnabery will focus on strategy, operations, and building the Vantage brand. She will also continue to work with clients and develop new products and services.

Linnabery joined the firm as a consultant and most recently served as leader of the “new products for client success” practice. She has deep expertise in using evidence-based practices to help clients activate leadership talent and achieve strategic goals. Linnabery has supported companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, retail, manufacturing, and packaging.

Prior to her tenure with Vantage, Linnabery was an independent assessment associate at YSC Consulting, a CEO advisory and leadership consultancy that was acquired by Accenture last year.Vantage Leadership Consulting promotes Eileen Linnabery to partnerShe has a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from DePaul University, a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from The University of West Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tulane University.

Vantage also announced the promotion of partners Jacqueline Ackerman, PhD, David Sowinski, PhD, and Beau River, PsyD, to senior partner.

Vantage earlier this year hired Bonnie Taylor, EdD, as a consultant and Lees Parkin as chief of staff. The firm also promoted Kathrina Dubnicek to chief administrative officer and Stephanie Clay to director of HR, learning & development.

Vantage last year hired Danielle Klene and Lacey Savage as consultants.

Vantage is headquartered in Chicago and provides advisory services in selection and development assessments, executive coaching, leadership competency models, successional planning, high-performance teams, and culture audits, among other offerings. The firm has 33 employees, according to its website.
