Aditi acquires IT consultancy Resolvit

Aditi, a Seattle-based IT consulting firm, has acquired Resolvit, a New Orleans-headquartered IT and management consulting firm.

Founded in 2002, Resolvit works with clients in telecommunications, technology services, retail, education, manufacturing & distribution, financial services, and healthcare/life science industries. The firm’s offerings include application development, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, digital transformation, Q/A automation, IT staffing, and M&A.

Resolvit has US offices in New Orleans, Cincinnati, and Raleigh. The firm also has nearshore delivery centers in Ecuador, Uruguay, Colombia, and Argentina, and offshore centers in Mumbai and Hyderabad, India. Resolvit has over 300 employees listed on LinkedIn.

Aditi’s acquisition of Resolvit will significantly expand its Latin American presence, where it has a Mexican office in Ciudad Del Sol, as well as its Indian operations, where it has offices in Bangalore and Vadodara.

The transaction will also strengthen Aditi’s offerings in cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud/IoT, and application modernization.

Aditi was founded in 1994 and provides public sector and commercial organizations with IT consulting, managed services, and staffing. The firm’s practices span digital transformation, data, automation, and infrastructure.

Aditi has more than 800 employees across offices in the US, Mexico, and India, according to LinkedIn.
