SBI, a Dallas-headquartered sales and marketing consulting firm, has hired Alicia Lee as chief consulting officer.

Based in Boston, Lee will focus on scaling the consulting delivery organization at SBI. She brings nearly 30 years of professional experience, including 22 years of leadership experience in consulting – with expertise across product-led services strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, and DEI.

Lee most recently spent nearly a decade at market research firm Forrester, where she was chief consulting officer. In the role, she oversaw the firm’s consulting function and increased revenue 80% in four years. Lee also served as executive sponsor for the company’s DEI and ESG steering committees.

Before that, Lee spent over 12 years at IT consultancy Cognizant, where she held associate director roles in strategy and marketing, strategic alliances, and production engineering. As associate director of strategy and marketing, Lee played a key role in shaping the firm’s five-year strategy, market positioning, and brand development.SBI hires Alicia Lee as chief consulting officerEarlier in her career, Lee held training and development leadership roles at Fleet Bank and Digital Equipment Corp.
