L.E.K. Consulting promotes four to partner in US
L.E.K. Consulting, a Boston-headquartered management consultancy, promoted four US team members in its 2024 class of partners – which also included seven other partners across its international offices.

Morgan Callahan is a member of the industrial practice in New York. She focuses on growth strategy and transaction support for clients across the chemicals value chain, from manufacturers to downstream distributors and end customers. Callahan has particular expertise in green chemicals and materials.
She joined the firm in 2021 after completing a bachelor’s degree at Boston College.
Nathalie Herman is a member of the medtech practice in Atlanta. She focuses on advising medical device and dental industry clients on growth strategy, pricing, M&A, and customer segmentation.
Herman has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College.
Corey Highfield is a member of the industrial practice in Boston. He specializes in the building and construction industry, advising on projects in growth strategy, digital strategy, market assessments, and M&A.
Highfield has an MBA from Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in business from Babson College.
Aditya Natarajan is a member of the life sciences practice in Boston. He focuses on oncology, advising biopharma clients on strategic and operations issues such as product strategy portfolio optimization, commercial planning, and M&A.
Natarajan has a PhD in biochemistry from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and mathematics from Queen’s University.
