FTI Consulting hires Rose Temple as managing director in strategic comms
FTI Consulting has hired Rose Temple as a managing director in its restructuring communications team within its strategic communications segment.
Based in Boston, Temple brings nearly a decade of experience providing strategic communications counsel to companies facing special situations, including in-court and out-of-court restructurings. She has also advised management teams and boards on M&A, shareholder activism, and crisis situations such as litigation, workforce reduction, and reputational attacks.
“Rose is a proven industry expert who has counseled clients through a myriad of complex and business-critical issues with a consistent focus on building strong partnerships and growing the talent around her,” said Shannon Stucky Pritchett, global co-head of the people & transformation practice within the strategic communications segment at FTI Consulting. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our growing team of experts supporting clients in moments of financial distress, including bankruptcy and other debt restructurings, liquidity management and cost-takeouts, distressed investor relations, executive retention and employee compensation, and reductions in force.”
Temple joins FTI from public relations firm Joele Frank, where she spent eight years and was latterly a managing director. Before that, she spent a year-and-a-half at Makovsky, where she was an account executive in the financial & professional services practice.
Temple has a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from The George Washington University.
“FTI Consulting’s Restructuring Communications team is known for bringing exceptional solutions to clients in an increasingly complex environment,” Temple said. “I look forward to collaborating with the team and continuing to partner with advisors across the restructuring community to support our clients in achieving their financial and operational goals.”
FTI’s restructuring comms team works with companies, lenders, and creditors’ committee navigating distressed situations. The team has expertise across media relations, digital and social engagement, public affairs, crisis and litigation management, stakeholder research, and creative.
