Lou Pascarella joins Beghou Consulting as advisor

Lou Pascarella, an experience life sciences commercial operations leader, has joined Beghou Consulting, a Chicago-headquartered life sciences consultancy, as an advisor.

Based in New York, Pascarella brings more than 20 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams across commercial, R&D, business development, manufacturing and product lifecycle management.

He most recently spent two years as CEO of Innocoll, a specialty pharmaceutical company. Before that, Pascarella spent three years at Novo Nordisk, where he was head of US commercial operations.

Earlier in his career, Pascarella spent 20 years at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where he held various commercial leadership roles.

He has an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from Albright College.
