Global Innovation Management Institute launches GIMI Innovation Awards 2024

The Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), an organization dedicated to democratizing innovation worldwide, has announced the launch of its GIMI Innovation Awards 2024.

This year’s edition of the GIMI Innovation Awards will feature 12 categories, honoring outstanding innovations across the public, private, and social sectors. The awards will celebrate not only the most impactful innovations but also the top innovators and those with lifelong contributions to the field.

Based out of Boston, the Global Innovation Management Institute is one of the leading non-profit networks and certifying bodies for innovation. The institute provides training and certification programs, working with organizations to implement best practices in innovation management.

The award ceremony will culminate in a global event in Barcelona, Spain, scheduled for November 6th and 7th, where the winners will be unveiled and celebrated for their excellence in innovation.

Among the awards for organizations are: Best Innovation in the Private Sector, Best Innovation in the Public Sector, Best Social Innovation, Best Innovation Framework, and Best Startups Ecosystem Support Organization. Individual awards will be handed out to leaders in the private sector, public sector, social sector, and at a start-up.

The ‘Ronald Jonash’s Award’, named after innovation guru Ronald Jonash (chairman of GIMI and currently a senior partner at the IXL Center), will be handed to a leader that has made a lifelong impact to the world of innovation.
