TSG hires Jon Lennon as chief revenue officer

TSG (The Strawhecker Group), an analytics and consulting firm focusing on the payments industry, has hired Jon Lennon as chief revenue officer.

Based in Chicago, Lennon will lead the strategic direction and growth of TSG’s marketing, sales, and client success teams – aligning the departments to achieve growth objectives and solidify a culture of excellence.

He brings 30+ years of Fortune 500 leadership experience, including over 20 years in global fintech and payments.

Lennon has a proven track record of leading and generating sustainable revenue growth across multiple industries, with expertise in payments, financial services, eCommerce, data and analytics, SaaS, risk, and M&A.

He previously served as GM and global head of enterprise payments at FIS and VP for strategic partnerships at First Data Corporation (now Fiserv).

Before that, Lennon was VP for client management and consulting in the global customer operations division of Dun & Bradstreet. Earlier in his career, Lennon was SVP for global accounts at MasterCard Worldwide and Mid-Atlantic regional director for global merchant services at American Express.

He has an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Union College.
