Resultant hires Mike Hughes as EVP for professional services

Resultant, an Indianapolis-based technology consulting firm, has hired Mike Hughes as executive vice president for professional services.

Based in Chicago, Hughes will lead the firm’s professional services division – shaping how Resultant goes to market across verticals and enhancing delivery capabilities.

Hughes has over 30 years of consulting experience, with deep expertise in operations and change management. He previously spent a decade with West Monroe, where he was managing partner for operations excellence and led teams across supply chain, workforce optimization, organizational change management, and program and portfolio management engagements.

Before that, he spent 16 years at NTT Data Americas, where he led the organizational change management practice. Earlier in his career, Hughes was a senior change management consultant at Accenture.

He has bachelor’s and master’s degree in organizational communications from Northern Illinois University.
