The Brattle Group hires Ravi Sinha as co-head of securities class actions practice
The Brattle Group, a Boston-headquartered economic and financial consulting firm, has hired Ravi Sinha as a principal and co-head of its securities class actions practice.
Based in San Francisco, Sinha brings more than 20 years of experience advising on financial and valuation issues in complex securities litigation matters.
He has led case teams in loss causation, market efficiency, and IP for matters in industries including financial services, technology, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. Sinha has valuation expertise in M&A disputes, IP, and private equity and structured finance instruments.

Sinha previously spent 20 years with Cornerstone Research, where he was a vice president.
He has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
