BlackFin Group promotes Luana Slettedahl to partner

BlackFin Group, a management consultancy focusing on mortgage lenders, has promoted Luana Slettedahl to partner.

Based in the firm’s Denver headquarters, Slettedahl has four decades of mortgage industry experience, with expertise across housing finance agencies (HFA), capital markets, mortgage servicing rights (MSR), and hedging.

Slettedahl joined BlackFin in 2021 as a principal. Before that, she led her firm Acorn Mortgage Consulting for eight years.

Earlier in here career, Slettedahl was manager of loan securitization and post-closing at Colorado Housting and Finance Authority and SVP of transaction management at Phoenix Capital, an MSR brokerage and valuation firm.

She also spent 20 years at HomeAmerican Mortgage Corporation, where she was SVP of capital markets.

BlackFin in 2023 welcomed Todd Luhtanen as chief operating officer.
