L.E.K. Consulting re-elects Clay Heskett as global managing partner
The partners of L.E.K. Consulting, a Boston-headquartered strategy consulting firm, elected Clay Heskett to a second consecutive four-year term as global managing partner.
Heskett, who is based in London and has been at L.E.K. since 2005, was elected to his first term as leader of the firm in 2021.
L.E.K. in a press release said the firm has in the last four years posted significant growth and service line expansion, including strengthening capabilities in supply chain, operations, pricing, digital, and data and analytics, and growing its partner group by more than 50 members.
The firm earlier this year announced a significant expansion of its global financial services industry practice.
L.E.K. also grew its geographical footprint, opening seven new offices in key markets such as Atlanta, Zurich, and Taipei. The consultancy also made a major investment into its capabilities in the Gulf Cooperation Council region to meet increasing demand from clients in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Heskett began his consulting career in 2000 at Boston Consulting Group, where he spent over four years and was a project leader.
He joined L.E.K.’s Boston office in 2005 as a manager and was named a partner in 2007. Heskett relocated to London in 2011 to serve as head of the European life sciences practice and in 2019 was promoted to head of the Europe region.
He holds an MBA from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
