Argon & Co adds managing partners Derek Cesarz and Dan Luttner
Argon & Co, a Paris-based supply chain and operations consulting firm, has hired Derek Cesarz and Dan Luttner as managing partners and leaders of its systems integration (SI) business, “Neos by Argon & Co.”
Cesarz and Luttner are based in Lancaster and Pittsburgh, PA, respectively, and bring decades of combined expertise in supply chain transformation, enterprise planning systems, and implementation.
They will be tasked with growing Neos, which helps clients drive organizational transformation through systems integration. The business’ technology partners include Anaplan, SAP, and Kinaxis.

With Dan and Derek onboard leading the SI business, we’re positioned to deliver consistent, high-quality integration services across the globe.”
Cesarz previously spent six years with supply chain consultancy Plantensive, where he was a senior managing partners, and 10 years with MEB Consulting, where he was a principal.
He has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from York College of Pennsylvania.
Luttner is a business development leader who also previously spent six years with Plantensive, where he was a senior managing partner, and four years at Vaco (now Highspring), where he was a partner focusing on enterprise software and consulting services. Luttner also previously worked on business development at Spinnaker Supply Chain.
He has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business from Penn State University.
