FTI Consulting appoints Rike Rabl as chief human resources officer
FTI Consulting, a Washington, DC-headquartered management consulting firm, has appointed Rike Rabl as its chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective January 1, 2026.
Rabl, who has been at FTI since 2020 and most recently served as deputy CHRO, succeeds Holly Paul, who will remain at the firm as a senior advisor. Paul served as FTI’s first CHRO, holding the role since 2014.

Based in the firm’s DC headquarters, Rabl has nearly two decades of experience in consulting and financial services, with deep expertise in HR strategy, operations, and transformation.
Before joining FTI in 2020, Rabl spent five years at Fannie Mae, where she was head of transformation and partnered with senior leaders to improve the operational effectiveness of the business. Before that, Rabl spent eight years with Boston Consulting Group, where she was a principal working with clients on strategy, organizational design, and transformation.
She has an MBA from London Business School and a master’s degree in psychology from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.
