Anders launches business transformation offering

Anders, a St. Louis-based accounting and consulting firm, has launched a new business transformation service line.

The new service line will support mid-market companies with optimizing processes, strengthening supply chains, enhancing customer experiences, and overcoming barriers to growth. The service line’s team will draw on talent from Anders’ advisory, tax, and audit groups.

Mike Fuller has joined the firm as a principal to lead the business transformation offering. He brings nearly 30 years of experience guiding organizations across complex operational and technology transformation – with industry expertise in healthcare and hospitality, among others.

Fuller previously was a partner at Parkland Strategy Advisors, and before that was VP for operations, clinical, and community health at Mercy and a senior corporate director at Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Earlier in his career, he was a divisional VP at consulting firm Maritz, a senior project manager at PwC, and a senior consultant at EY.

Anders is the 72nd-largest CPA firm in the United States, according to Inside Public Accounting, with annual revenue of $85.2 million. The firm has 390+ employees listed on LinkedIn and two offices in Missouri.

Anders says the business transformation offering is the second addition to its advisory business line in the calendar year. The firm’s advisory offerings include CFO services, IT consulting, talent recruitment, forensic accounting, business valuation, and healthcare industry solutions.
