Sia buys strategy consultancy Kaiser Associates
Sia, a Paris-headquartered management and technology consultancy, has acquired Kaiser Associates, a Washington, DC-based strategy consultancy.
Founded in 1981, Kaiser Associates provides services in go-to-market strategy, growth opportunity assessments, performance improvement, market analysis, benchmarking, and M&A and corporate development. The firm works with Fortune 500 leaders across the technology, finance, and consumer goods sectors, as well as with global private equity funds.
Kaiser Associates has 65 consultants across offices in DC, New York, and London.
As part of the acquisition, Kaiser Associates leaders Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma, and Jon Meyerholz will join Sia as partners.
“This acquisition represents a significant step forward, broadening Sia’s North American presence and reinforcing our value proposition for global private equity clients,” said Matthieu Courtecuisse, CEO of Sia.
Sia has more than 3,000 people across 48 offices globally – including 11 in the United States.
The French firm works with a wide range of industries on business transformation, turnaround, pricing, risk and compliance, procurement and supply chain, human resources, data and AI, and IT strategy, among other areas.
“Joining Sia is a unique opportunity for us to gain access to a larger integrated platform, integrating AI into our services, to significantly expand our geographic coverage, and to transform ourselves into a comprehensive one-stop-shop offering,” Meyerholz said.
Following the deal, Sia will form a new global corporate strategy, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions business line.
