Argon & Co acquires supply chain consultancy Scott Sheldon
Argon & Co, a Paris-based supply chain and operations consulting firm, has acquired Scott Sheldon, a Canton, OH-based full-service supply chain consulting firm.
Founded in 2004, Scott Sheldon provides supply chain planning technology, solution extensions, and consulting and training services to clients in life sciences, high-tech, consumer products, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing, automotive, distribution, and mining and metals.
The firm’s technology partners include Kinaxis, 4Flow, and Wahupa.
Scott Sheldon has 28 employees listed on LinkedIn and three offices across the US, UK, and India.
The Scott Sheldon acquisition will expand Argon & Co’s presence in the US, where it has Chicago and Atlanta offices.
Argon & Co will add Scott Sheldon to its Neos systems integration unit, which helps clients implement and manage software platforms.
“North America is a key growth market for Argon & Co and partnerships like this enhance our ability to deliver large-scale supply chain transformations for businesses across the country,” said Jean-François Laget, group managing director of Argon & Co. “The Scott Sheldon team brings a wealth of technology deployment skills that will help us open up more opportunities for our clients, our team, and our partners.”
The acquisition was supported by Argon & Co’s investment partner Bridgepoint, a British private equity firm.
Bridgepoint in April 2025 made a minority investment in Argon & Co, joining existing minority shareholder Ardian Growth. The French consultancy’s partners continue to own a majority of the firm.
“Joining Argon & Co represents the next logical step in our growth and strengthens how we support our customers globally,” Scott Spyker, CEO and founder of Scott Sheldon, said. “With access to a broader team and greater scale, we’re better positioned to help clients navigate increasing complexity across their supply chains.”
Argon & Co has 850+ people across offices in the US, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. The firm has practices in operational strategy and performance, supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and digital and IT, among other areas.
