Uniqus Consultech launches Valuation practice

Uniqus Consultech, a business and technology consulting firm, yesterday announced the launch of its Valuation practice.

The launch expands Uniqus’ current practice lineup, which comprises accounting and reporting; governance, risk, and compliance (GRC); sustainability and climate; and technology consulting.

The new valuation practice will offer a full suite of services across the transaction lifecycle, including business and intangible asset valuation; financial reporting valuation; compliance and regulatory valuation; private equity and venture capital valuation support; property, plant and equipment valuation (including real estate); and dispute resolution.

Uniqus’ new practice is led by a team of experienced valuation professionals who have advised global enterprises, private equity firms, and high-growth companies.

The firm says its valuation practice will be supported by a proprietary AI-enabled tech stack to facilitate faster and more consistent delivery of valuation services.
