HR Path acquires New York-based Inspire Human Resources
HR Path, a Paris-headquartered human resources consulting firm, has acquired Inspire Human Resources (Inspire HR), a New York-based boutique human resources consulting firm.
Founded in 2007 by Jaime Klein, Inspire HR provides interim, project-based, and advisory solutions across major HR areas, including talent management, talent acquisition, and total rewards. The firm’s team of 15 HR professionals support clients including startups, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies.
A pioneer in the fractional HR space, Klein held HR leadership roles at American Express and Commerce One prior to founding her firm. She has a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Maryland.
“In an era of rapid change, organizations need flexible HR talent more than ever,” said Klein. “We’re excited to join HR Path to serve more organizations as their trusted advisor and go-to fractional HR partner. “With this acquisition, HR Path continues to strengthen its presence in North America and deepen its Advisory offering across the region.”
HR Path entered the North American market in 2011 and today has US offices in Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas and Canadian offices in Montreal and Toronto.
In 2025, the French consultancy grew its HR technology consulting offering in the US with the acquisition of ClearCourse and PredictiveHR.
The InspireHR deal will further grow the firm’s US presence and its advisory practice. The acquired consultancy will operate as “Inspire HR, an HR Path Company” and will retain its leadership team and employees in their current roles.
“Inspire HR’s exceptional team brings deep expertise across all HR functions, enabling us to better support organizations as they evolve their culture, talent strategies, and people experience. This partnership significantly enhances our presence in the U.S. and reinforces our ambition to be the global reference in HR transformation,” said François Boulet, CEO and co-founder of HR Path.
HR Path was founded in 2001 and has more than 2,500 professionals across 28 countries in the EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions. The firm has annual revenue of $335 million and 3,000 global clients.
HR Path has practices across HR and HR information system consulting, HR solution implementation, and HR and payroll outsourcing services.
