KPMG announces AI-powered offering for private enterprise

KPMG has unveiled KPMG Private, an AI-enabled platform catering to its private market clients.

The Big Four firm says that global private market assets are expected to breach $18 billion by 2027. Companies are staying private longer and attracting more institutional capital –  changing their needs as they answer to a broader range of stakeholders across investors, lenders, and board members.

KPMG Private combines AI-enabled audit capabilities with integrated tax and advisory services. It features audit solution KPMG Clara paired with a differentiated private company audit model, as well as KPMG Digital Gateway, which supports technology-enabled tax and advisory services.

KPMG Private will also provide deal and sector expertise to assist with valuation, preparation for transactions, and positioning for private exits.
