Everest Group hires Ross Tisnovsky as partner
Everest Group, a Dallas-headquartered research firm, has hired Ross Tisnovsky as a partner.
Based in Miami, Tisnovsky will lead the expansion of Everest’s chief information officer (CIO) research and advisory practice.

Tisnovsky has more than 25 years of professional services experience, with a focus on technology strategy, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
He previously spent 16 years with McKinsey & Company, where he was latterly a senior expert and co-founded and led McKinsey Ignite – the consulting firm’s IT performance improvement service line.
Tisnovsky also spent six years in a prior stint with Everest, serving as an SVP and founding and leading its IT outsourcing research practice.
Earlier in his career, he was a project executive at IBM working on internal performance improvement initiatives.
He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
