ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group expands into US consulting market
ThreeSixty Supply Chain Group, a Melbourne, Australia-based supply chain consultancy, has expanded into the United States under the leadership of newly hired executive director Scott Munn.
Munn, who is based in Cleveland, OH, met the ThreeSixty team when they were supporting a distribution center project at his prior employer Lululemon.
Munn brings more than 20 years of supply chain consulting and operational leadership experience in retail, e-commerce, and fulfilment. He most recently spent five years with Lululemon, where he was senior director of global fulfilment programs, overseeing the opening of 10 distribution centers globally.
Before that, he spent nine years at AXIA Consulting, where he was a director in the supply chain practice and worked with retail clients including Gap, Williams-Sonoma, and DSW.
Munn began his consulting career with Accenture, where he spent five years working on operational and supply chain consulting engagements.
He has a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Notre Dame.
"Our plan is to take the success we’ve built in Australia and replicate it in the US with the right people leading the way,” said Arthur Dardoumbas, ThreeSixty executive director. “Scott understands our business because he’s experienced it as a customer, and he brings the relationships, the operational depth and the drive to build something significant in what is a new market for us.”
As executive director for the US, Munn will initially focus on supporting US clients with transformation, program management, and distribution center design and implementation services. ThreeSixty also has plans to build out its local US team.
“My philosophy has always been simple – deliver well and good things follow,” Munn said. “ThreeSixty has built its reputation on the back of successful outcomes, and demand for independent, outcome-driven supply chain consulting is strong in the US, so I’m confident we can deliver tremendous value to North American customers.”
ThreeSixty was founded in Melbourne in 2018 and has delivered more than 200 projects for leading brands in retail, e-commerce, FCMG, healthcare, industrial, and 3PL. The firm has practices in inventory planning, network strategy, warehouse design and automation, technology implementation, and operational optimization.
ThreeSixty has a team of 32 people across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, and the US.
