Jill Stelfox joins boutique consultancy XtraAdvice as partner
XtraAdvice, a boutique consultancy focused on the professional services industry, has strengthened its team in the US with Jill Stelfox.
Based in Oregon, Jill Stelfox has over three decades of experience in consulting, finance, and private equity. She has held senior roles in finance organizations across sectors, gaining experience in leadership, optimizing financial performance, investment strategy, fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, operational excellence, and driving sustainable value creation.
As the former CEO of Panzura, a SaaS cloud software company, Stelfox led the business through strong growth and secured $120 million in private equity funding. She led the largest deal in the company’s history, positioning Panzura as a frontrunner in the industry and significantly increasing its market share.
Earlier, she was a Vice President at IT solutions provider Zebra Technologies, where she led the Sports & Location Solutions division. Under her leadership, the division more than doubled over three years, making it the highest-growth division in the company.
Her time in consulting included working seven years for Deloitte, serving as Managing Partner for North America and Europe at Noblestar, and co-leading a management consulting firm for investor-backed companies.
Now at XtraAdvice, Stelfox will play a central role in advancing Fitcoins, spearheading its US market entry and scale-up. One of the firm’s strategic portfolio investments, Fitcoins is a digital health platform designed to incentivize behavioral change within the professional services industry through rewards linked to healthy lifestyle choices. The offering made its debut at the 2024 edition of WEF in Davos.
In parallel, Stelfox will contribute to a major cross-border project XtraAdvice is delivering in the infrastructure sector.
