Cordea Consulting adds Cayse Llorens as president and chief growth officer

Cordea Consulting, an Oklahoma City-based healthcare IT consulting and staffing firm, has hired Cayse Llorens as president and chief growth officer.

Based in Chicago, Llorens will oversee the company’s revenue growth, strategic partnerships, client development, and market expansion. He will report to founder and CEO Jen Jones.

Llorens brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare technology, software, operations, and investing. He most recently was founder and CEO of Brockhurst and Buchanan, a technology-enabled investment firm, and founder and managing partner of BCP, a private equity firm focusing on technology.

Before that, Llorens was team lead for big data analytics and decision support at Bswift (acquired by Aetna). Earlier in his career, he was a software engineer and solutions architect at various technology firms, including Accretive Health and Coyote Logistics.

Llorens has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

“Our clients need technology that improves access, reduces friction for clinicians, strengthens operations, and proves ROI,” Jones said. “Cayse brings the operator, technology, and growth experience to help us bring that work to more healthcare organizations without losing the hands-on delivery model that makes Cordea trusted.”

Cordea was founded in 2008 and provides IT consulting and staffing services to hospitals, health systems, dental service organizations, and other multi-site providers. The firm has practices in strategic management consulting, technology execution, organizational change management, and HR and innovation services.

Cordea has 35+ employees listed on LinkedIn.

“The team understands healthcare from the inside. They know how to connect strategy to workflow, technology to adoption, and investment to measurable return. My job is to help more organizations access that capability and keep every engagement tied to results that matter,” Llorens said.
