Pivot Point Consulting appoints Terri LeFort as chief executive officer

Pivot Point Consulting, a Panama City, FL-based healthcare IT consulting and managed services firm, has hired Terri LeFort as chief executive officer, effective July 8, 2026.

LeFort succeeds Pivot Point’s trio of managing partners – Rachel Marano, Dave Dyell, and Marc Hirshfield, who will continue to hold leadership and governance roles at the firm. Marano will serve as vice chair of the board, while Dyell and Hirshfield will continue to serve on the board. Hirshfield will also assume the role of chief delivery officer, overseeing all client-facing delivery.

The leadership transition follows the February 2026 acquisition of Pivot Point by private equity firm SV Health Investors, which merged it with portfolio company Innovative Consulting Group. Pivot Point was divested by parent company Highspring (formerly Vaco), a Nashville-headquartered HR consulting and staffing firm.

“Rachel, Dave, and Marc have built an exceptional organization, defined by client success, operational excellence, and a strong culture. Terri will add a rare combination of deep technological and clinical healthcare expertise, along with a track record of extraordinary operational leadership in driving profitable growth across complex global markets,” said Glenn Cole, Pivot Point’s board chair. “We are excited to welcome her as CEO and are confident in her ability to successfully scale Pivot Point through a new phase of growth and diversification.”

LeFort brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, with expertise in scaling organizations, developing teams, and creating sustainable value.

She most recently spent three years as president of Nordic International, overseeing strategic direction, growth, and service delivery of Nordic’s international businesses. Before that, LeFort spent 20 years at Healthtech Consultants, serving as president from 2019 to 2023.

She has an MBA from the University of Fredericton and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Athabasca University in Canada.

“Healthcare organizations are navigating unprecedented change, and Pivot Point is uniquely positioned to help clients move forward with confidence,” LeFort said. “I look forward to working alongside our talented team to build on this strong foundation, expand our impact, and create even greater value for our clients, partners, and employees.”
