Crowe Global names Josh Cole as growth leader
Crowe Global, a New York-headquartered network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has appointed Josh Cole as global growth leader.
Based in Grand Rapids, MI, Cole will in the newly created role oversee the network’s enterprise growth agenda. He will develop strategic priorities, commercial programs, and cross-network initiatives to help member firms enhance profitable and sustainable growth.
Cole will report to Kamel Abouchacra, CEO of Crowe Global, and will join the global management committee.
Cole has been with Crowe US for more than 30 years, most recently as managing partner for strategic alliances - leading the firm’s tech alliances and ecosystem strategy. Before that, he led the consulting business unit for nearly a decade.
“Josh’s experience in consulting, technology, alliances, and practice development makes him well suited to help us accelerate the next phase of Crowe Global’s growth,” Abouchacra said. “This role will bring greater focus to our global growth priorities, connect capabilities across the network, and create more opportunities for Member firms to work together in service of our clients.”
Crowe Global comprises 200+ independent accounting and consulting firms and 46,000 people across more than 150 countries. The network has annual revenue of $6.5 billion.
“I am excited to work with Member firms to identify where we can win together, build scalable growth platforms, and connect capabilities across priority areas that include consulting, AI, cyber, and more,” Cole said.
