Streamliners promotes four new partners
Streamliners, a Wilmington, DE-headquartered manufacturing industry consulting firm, has promoted four team members to partner: Tanner De Jonge, Carter Krafft, James Thorn, and Andrew Olson-Gallardo.
The appointments arrive during a period of growth for Streamliners. The firm opened a Hyderabad, India location in 2024 and a London office last month, and recently launched an AI consulting unit – Streamliners Studio.
The firm was founded in 2020 and has grown to a team of 40+ employees. Streamliners supports manufacturing companies with improving operational performance and optimizing supply chains.

Tanner De Jonge (Denver) is the firm’s chief technology officer and chief financial officer. He has more than 15 years of experience in project, change, and operational management, and joined Streamliners in 2024 as a manager. Before that, he was CEO of ReSource Colorado and Berkshire Flooring and general manager of the modular division at Apache Mills.
De Jonge has a master of engineering in logistics and supply chain management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in management from Purdue University.
Carter Krafft (New York) is chief commercial officer of Streamliners, leading the firm’s commercial growth strategy and strengthening client relationships. He joined the firm in 2021 as a consultant and previously served as chief of staff.
Before Streamliners, Krafft was a process engineer at chemical manufacturer Evonik. He has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Tulsa.
James Thorn (London) is chief operating officer and office leader for London. He joined the firm in 2020 as a senior consultant and was named a principal in 2024. Before Streamliners, Thorn was a consultant at Chartwell Consulting and Applied Acumen. Earlier in his career, he was a an R&D engineer at DTG Engineering.
Thorn has a master’s degree in industrial systems, manufacturing, and management from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Nottingham.
Andrew Olson-Gallardo (London) is chief people officer at Streamliners, overseeing people strategy, talent attraction and development, and culture. He joined the firm in 2024 as a manager, and before that was a project lead at operational consultancy Stroud International and a development engineer at AgileTek Engineering.
Olson-Gallardo has a master’s degree in aerospace, aeronautical, and astronautical engineering from Imperial College London.
