Compensation Advisory Partners promotes two to partner

Compensation Advisory Partners (CAP), a national executive compensation consulting firm, has promoted Ryan Colucci and Joanna Czyzewski to partner. Both new partners are based in the firm’s New York headquarters.

Colucci joined CAP in 2014 as an analyst and was appointed a principal in 2022. During his 12 years with CAP, he has advised compensation committees and senior management across industries on a range of executive and non-employee director compensation matters.

Colucci has expertise in compensation strategy and benchmarking, annual and long-term incentive plan design, performance measurement, pay-for-performance evaluation, peer group development, and non-employee director compensation.

He has a master’s degree in applied statistics from Teacher’s College, Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from SUNY Geneseo.

Czyzewski also joined CAP in 2014 as an analyst and was named a principal in 2022. She has counselled boards of directors and senior management teams across industries on compensation strategy and competitive pay programs for senior executives, incentive plan design, equity plan proposals, and drafting compliant compensation-related disclosure.

Czyzewski has an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
