Buck launches software to drive workplace engagement, productivity
HR and benefits consultancy Buck has launched a digital suite that aims to fuel workplace engagement and productivity. The suite includes three services: bEngaged, bEnabled, and BEquipped.
The first, bEngaged, is aimed at employees, gathering and presenting information through AI and analytics that will allow them to make choices regarding physical, financial, and professional wellbeing. The second and third – bEnabled and bEquipped – respectively focus on rewards and benefits programs, such as healthcare and pensions, and “action-oriented” insights for employers regarding their employees, such as diversity, healthcare, and engagement.
"A more personalized employee experience combined with advanced analytics and decisioning tools are critical to the success of any new technology implementation. To attract and retain top talent, employers must quickly re-think and re-imagine the employee experience with new tools that harness data to deliver increasingly positive outcomes," Scot Marcotte, CTO of Buck, said. "Buck's integrated digital portfolio engages users where they are, enables employers to simplify their service delivery, and equips organizations to best manage their workforce."
The software suite is aimed at making HR tasks and duties easier for both employees and employers. Its launch coincides with the first anniversary of Buck's acquisition by H.I.G. Capital, which completed in August of last year.
"Through tech-enabled employee communications and service delivery models, today's HR executives are leading the charge to achieving higher levels of employee engagement," Jack Freker, Buck CEO, said. "Our clients need simple and straightforward solutions that offer actionable insights into their programs and enable employees to make informed decisions. Buck's comprehensive digital suite taps an unmet need in the market, offering a personalized, high-tech, high-touch end-user experience that delivers the level of engagement our clients have come to expect."
Using Buck’s suite, businesses are able to make use of tools that collect and analyze data and industry insights. Through this information, they are able to create employee experiences resulting in healthier, happier employees who are more productive and effective.
"We offer a comprehensive, competitive rewards program and need to assure it's intuitive and engaging to our employees," Eduardo Nasi, senior director of Total Rewards North America for Teva Pharmaceuticals, said. "Buck's technology allows us to create a seamless, consolidated experience — backed by analytics — to help our employees value their total rewards package and achieve their individual health, financial, and professional goals."
Buck is headquartered in New York City and operates out of approximately 200 locations worldwide. The firm employs around 1,500 people.
