EisnerAmper acquires Imowitz Koenig and real estate advisory firm RESIG

Accounting and consulting firm EisnerAmper has acquired accounting and consulting firm Imowitz Koenig (IK) and its affiliated real estate fund advisory firm Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG).

Founded in 1979 and based in New York City, IK and RESIG have a combined 14 partners and 125 employees. IK delivers audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services to real estate industry clients, while RESIG delivers fund administration, structuring, and advisory services to real estate funds.

The acquisition of IK and RESIG will strengthen EisnerAmper’s real estate advisory practice. Founded in 1963, the New York-based firm offers accounting, tax, and consulting services to a wide range of industries. Its consulting services span technology, risk, corporate finance, bankruptcy and restructuring, forensic litigation, and employee benefits, among other areas.

The firm works with high net worth individuals, middle market, and Fortune 500 companies. EisnerAmper has approximately 200 partners and principals and 1500 employees across 12 US offices, with further international locations in the UK, Israel, the Cayman Islands, and India.
