Elixirr adds operations expert Saurabh Agrawal as principal
Management consultancy Elixirr has welcomed veteran operations consultant Saurabh Agrawal as a principal. He will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Billing itself as a "challenger consultancy," Elixirr was founded in 2009 in London. The company provides strategy and operations, transformation, performance improvement, startup and venture, regulatory, and creative consulting services to clients across a range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and logistics. Elixirr’s clientele has included notable organizations such as Barclays, Tesla, Mondelez, Heineken, and Nissan.
The company opened its first US office in 2016, and now has stateside locations in New York, San Francisco, Dallas, and Houston. Elixirr has further global offices in London, Dublin, Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Sydney.
The consulting firm has bolstered its US team with the addition of Saurabh Agrawal. The new principal brings more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, with deep expertise in commercial operations, engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and project management across the manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, retail, and construction industries.Prior to joining Elixirr, Agrawal spent six years at automation and robotics giant ABB, where he most recently served as VP of global quality and operational excellence. In the role, he was responsible for quality and operational excellence in 35 factories and three distribution centers, leading a team of 250+ people in 15 countries.
Before ABB, Agrawal was a senior principal at Infosys Consulting, where he spent more than seven years and led global advisory projects in business transformation, supply chain, and operations. Prior to that he spent two-and-half years at Capgemini, where he was a senior consultant working on supply chain and operations projects.
Before entering consulting, Agrawal was a manager in the West Europe region at Sunflag Iron & Steel, and Turkey country manager for textile manufacturer Arvind. He holds an MBA in supply chain and finance from UNC at Chapel Hill, a master’s in international business and trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
