The Brattle Group opens Chicago office
The Brattle Group, a Boston-based economics, finance, and regulatory consulting firm, has opened a new office in Chicago. The new location expands the consultancy’s footprint into the Midwest to better serve its clientele in the region.
Founded in 1990, The Brattle Group provides consulting and expert testimony in economics, finance, and regulatory matters to corporations, law firms, and governments across the globe. The firm has grown to more than 350 consultants, including many leading academics and industry specialists. The Brattle Group has US offices in Boston, New York, Washington, and San Francisco, as well as international locations in Toronto, London, Madrid, Brussels, Rome, and Sydney.
The firm has worked with 80% of Am Law 100 firms, as well as 50% of Fortune 100 companies. Brattle has ranked in the Vault Consulting 50 every year since the ranking’s inception.
The consultancy has now added an 11th office, expanding into Chicago. The new location will allow the firm to better support Midwest clients and expand its relationships with academics and industry experts in the region.

The Chicago office will be led by Branko Jovanovic, a principal who specializes in economic analysis and expert testimony in consumer protection, securities, and finance. Jovanovic’s Chicago team will also include senior associate Shastri Sandy and associates Dan Grana and Pablo Robles. The office will support clients across a number of areas, including M&A, bankruptcy and restructuring, antitrust, consumer protection, finance, securities, and environmental product liability.
The new office is located in the Loop area of Chicago, at 181 West Madison Street, suite 3400.
