Deutser names new managing partner
Boutique management consultancy Deutser has named Rob Kaczmarek as managing partner of its Austin, Texas office. Deutser assists leaders and organizations in finding “clarity in strategy, culture, and communications.”

Kaczmarek, who brings with him a strong computer science background, has founded several software companies – including Kazzly, which claims to revolutionize the “purchasing experience.” He has also served as managing director of projekt202, a Dallas-based consultancy that focuses on strategy, UX design, development, and marketing for organizations seeking to transform their customer and employee experiences. He has also worked as global director for Convergent Science, which offers computer-aided engineering software for modeling fluid dynamics, and for several other software companies.
During his career, he has worked with high-profile clients including Apple, Amazon, Cern, GE, Siemens, Formula 1, McLaren, BMW, and Rolls Royce.
