Strategy consultancy Entangled Solutions names new partner

San Francisco-based strategy consultancy Entangled Solutions has named Matthew Daniel as partner.

Daniel is a former learning and development (L&D) expert at Capital One. In his role at Entangled Solutions, he will focus on L&D innovations, as well as talent development that will allow employers to up- and reskill employees. His specialization is in learning experience and learning ecosystems for US employers.

Daniel joins Entangled Solutions from The Learner Collective, a consulting firm he founded. There, he worked with companies to implement learning experience design and product practices, analyze and assess learning technology, and develop roadmaps for learning technology.

Prior to that, he spent six years at Capital One, first as learning technology lead, then as senior manager of learning innovation and technology, where he led a team responsible for creating and putting into practice initiatives which supported employee education, retention, and training. He also spent seven years at GP Strategies, first as a project manager, then as manager of PMO learning technologies.

Additionally, throughout his career, Daniel has consulted on ecosystem and learning experience transformations with big-name organizations such as Nike, General Motors, Edward Jones, Texas Instruments, Microsoft, Cigna, and Valvoline. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
