Jeremy Stierwalt joins Capco as partner in US data practice

Seasoned consultant Jeremy Stierwalt has joined Capco, a management and technology consultancy, as a partner in its US data practice. He will be based in Chicago.

In his new role at Capco, Stierwalt will work with clients on data migrations, data management and governance, analytics, modeling, and visualizations. He will also be responsible for defining the US data practice’s go-to-market strategy and developing new capabilities and solutions in data engineering, migrations, and cloud-centric implementations.

Stierwalt has more than 20 years of experience in technology strategy, data, and analytics. He joins Capco from consulting firm Protiviti, where he spent five years as managing director and global lead for enterprise information management and analytics. Stierwalt was also the solution leader for enterprise data and analytics in the US Central and West regions.

Before that, he spent one year as SVP of advanced data and analytics management at Zedventures, a boutique provider of data and analytics services. Stierwalt also spent four years at NTT Data, where he was a service line and senior director in data management and analytics.Jeremy Stierwalt joins Capco as partner in US data practiceEarlier in his career, he founded and ran Actazif, a boutique business intelligence consultancy focusing on delivering corporate performance analytics and dashboards, KPIs, and predictive analytics. During his 11 years as the managing partner of Actazif, Stierwalt worked with large clients such as Pfizer, JPMorgan Chase, Motorola, and Major League Baseball.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from DePauw University.

Capco recently added Los Angeles-based Teuta Naghshineh as a partner in the firm’s US digital engineering practice.

The London-headquartered firm, which specializes in technology consulting services to the financial services industry, was acquired earlier this month by Indian IT consulting giant Wipro.
