Zinnov adds automation expert Jeff Czischke
Zinnov, a Houston-based IT consultancy, has welcomed Jeff Czischke as an automation leader. He is based in Chicago.
Czischke brings more than 20 years of experience managing enterprise digital transformation, with a focus on automation in the financial services industry. He has extensive expertise implementing various applications at large banks and leading technical and business teams in the design of end-to-end digital solutions.
Czischke joins Zinnov from Northern Trust, where he was director of the digital process automation team. In the role, he led a team of developers, architects, and data scientists based in Chicago, Toronto, and India, and oversaw implementations using vended and in-house automation solutions in process mining, task management, robotic automation, decision management, document processing, machine learning, analytics, and APIs.
Before joining Northern Trust, Czischke held IT leadership roles at JPMorgan, Bank of America, and UBS. He has an MA in telecommunications and a BA from Michigan State University.
“We are excited to have Jeff join our Digital practice in the US. His fantastic track record in orchestrating Digital Transformation initiatives across Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operational Risk disciplines coupled with his expertise in partnering with business leaders, defining technology strategy, global technology teams, and managing outsourcing vendors, will be a key asset to helping our clients achieve their scaling goals," said Pari Natarajan, CEO of Zinnov.
The company estimates that more than 40% of Fortune 250 have set up centers of excellence for automation, but are having issues scaling up deployment and finding the right operating models, use cases, governance, and reporting structures.
Czischke will focus on advising Zinnov’s clients on automation strategy, with an emphasis on financial services clients.
"I am particularly excited about joining Zinnov, given their rich insights, knowledge, and experience in the automation space,” said Czischke. “Zinnov already has a remarkable reputation for being a customer-focused consulting firm that prides itself in delivering researched-based insights to their clients and I hope to continue that tradition.”
The company expects the intelligent automation market will achieve a 60% CAGR over the next five years from its current $10 billion value – especially as the pandemic drives automation up the priority list for CIOs.
Founded in 2002, Zinnov offers consulting services in product engineering and digital transformation, market research and insights, mergers and acquisitions, and outsourcing advisory. The firm has more than 400 employees across seven offices in the US, France, and India.
