BCG partner Chris Millican joins Partners in Performance

Chris Millican, a former partner at strategy firm BCG, has joined management consultancy Partners in Performance as a director based in Dallas.

Milican brings nearly 19 years of professional experience with a focus on advising regulated and competitive utility companies.

He previously spent 16 years at BCG, where he was latterly a partner and managing director in the firm’s energy practice. Millican was responsible for selling and leading consulting projects in strategy, digital strategy, cost savings, and transaction support.

He led a large number of international projects for multinationals across four continents, including helping BCG's clients build new businesses in renewables and advising on post-merger cost synergies.

As a partner in the energy practice, Millican also helped the firm attract and develop future leaders. He was previously recruiting director for Dallas, focusing on sourcing promising MBA graduates.

Prior to joining BCG, Millican was a consultant in the financial advisory service practice of PwC.

He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Southern Methodist University.
