Kim Bozzella named technology consulting leader at Protiviti

Protiviti, a management and technology consulting firm, has appointed Kim Bozzella as global technology consulting leader.

Bozzella will oversee the firm’s technology consulting team, which advises clients on technology transformation and modernization. The practice’s offerings include technology strategy and operations, cloud solutions, ERP implementation, software services, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Bozzella brings nearly 30 years of experience in IT, financial services, and consulting to the role. She joined Protiviti in 2019 as a managing director, serving as leader of the financial services industry practice and global leader for technology strategy and operations solutions.

Before Protiviti, Bozzella spent 14 years at Swiss investment bank UBS, where she held several senior IT roles, including global head of technology risk management and CIO for the Americas.

Prior to joining UBS, Bozzella spent 15 years at Accenture, where she was a partner in the financial services practice. At Accenture, she led engagements across organizational and solution design, technology implementation, operations best practices and process design, and merger execution.

Bozzella holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University. She serves on the advisory board of Protiviti’s women in technology employee network group, and was recognized as one of Consulting Magazine’s 2021 Women Leaders in Technology.
