Manatt adds Ted Hunter as real estate partner in New York

Manatt, an LA-headquartered legal and consulting firm, has welcomed Ted Hunter as a real estate partner based in New York.

Hunter brings more than 25 years of legal and consulting experience, with a focus on real estate transactions. He has deep expertise providing legal and strategic advice to investors, developers, lenders, owners, and tenants navigating complex real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, financings, workouts, and development transactions. Hunter is also a leading expert in establishing public-private partnerships.

Hunter previously spent 13 years at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, where he was chair of the real estate practice group. Before that, he spent 11 years at Kelly Drye & Warren LLP, where he was a partner. Hunter began his career as an associate at Skadden Arps.
