Axiom Consulting Partners adds eight senior leaders to its team
Axiom Consulting Partners, a Chicago-headquartered consultancy specializing in growth and commercial analytics, has beefed up its team with a raft of new senior hires.
Founded in 2005, Axiom Consulting Partners helps its clients grow and transform their businesses, providing a range of growth and organizational services. The privately held firm (approximately 80 consultants and staff) operates with three offices in the US – in Chicago, New York and Washington DC – and has a base in Europe as well (Belgium).
Appointed as new partners are Lisa Thompson and Richard Ashbaugh. Thompson joined the firm earlier this year, bringing more than 25 years of experience counseling clients on growing profitability through effective pricing, marketing and sales, and negotiation strategies.She joined Axiom Consulting Partners following the acquisition of Sturbridge Growth Partners, a boutique firm she founded in 2017. Previously, Thompson was a partner at Deloitte Consulting, and a senior partner and board member with Monitor Deloitte, the Big Four’s strategy consulting wing. Before that, she was a leader at Strategic Pricing Group, which was acquired by Monitor Group in 2005.
Ashbaugh has more than two decades of experience managing marketing and business development initiatives, integrated marketing, and corporate brand awareness programs. He has been appointed as chief marketing officer at Axiom. Previously, Ashbaugh served as VP of marketing and corporate communications at global consulting firm AArete, where he oversaw the company’s branding, marketing, communication, and business development functions.
Other senior hires
Jim Evans has been named a principal in the growth strategy practice of Axiom Consulting Partners. He has over 25 years of consulting, industry, and military leadership experience, with a particular focus on the challenges of the software industry. Previously, Evans spent 10 years in consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, Cerenti Marketing Group and as the founder of i2g Consulting.
Edward Hogan III has been named a principal in the growth and technology sector practice, bringing more than two decades of experience in consulting and driving go-to-market strategies and sales effectiveness. Previously, Hogan was a sales effectiveness and operations leader at Amazon Web Services.
At the manager level, Axiom Consulting Partners bolstered its team with Alexis Aubert, who joins the firm from Opus Consulting; Alexander Dabit, joining from PwC; Carlos Gomez, previously at Accenture; and Derek Jett, previously at Deloitte.
