Manny Picciola named Americas head at L.E.K. Consulting
Manny Picciola has been elected leader of the Americas region at L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm.
Picciola – a Chicago-based managing director and partner – succeeds Robert Rourke, who has completed a three-year term as L.E.K.'s Americas region head. Rourke moves on to serve as vice chair of the global industrials sector.
“It has been an honor to serve as the Americas Region Head, and I am very excited about the future of the region under Manny’s careful stewardship – and excited about L.E.K.’s increasingly important role for companies and their leaders around the world,” Rourke said.
Picciola has been at L.E.K. since 2008, most recently serving as global co-head of the consumer sector. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience and has directed more than 500 projects in strategy, channel management, consumer segmentation, turnaround, and M&A.

Prior to joining L.E.K., Picciola was a senior vice president of strategic business units at e-learning company Thomson NETg and a consultant at The Callidon Group, a boutique management consultancy. He began his career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he was a senior consultant.
Picciola holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois.
