Cadmus hires Paul Lynch as chief operating officer

Cadmus, a strategic and technical consulting firm, has hired Paul Lynch as chief operating officer. He is based in Arlington, VA.

Lynch brings more than 20 years of experience in the consulting industry, with a focus on leading operations functions.

At Cadmus, he will oversee the Waltham, MA-headquartered firm’s organizational execution, program delivery, continuous improvement process, quality management system, operational due diligence and acquisition integration, and corporate services. He will also work with the executive team on strategy and growth planning.

Lynch spent the last 24 years at ICF, a large management and technology consulting firm focusing on government clients. He most recently served as SVP and operations director for the public sector operating group, comprising four division, 3,500 employees, and more than $750 million in annual revenue.

Before that, he was a VP and operations director of ICF’s public health informatics and technology service division. Prior to joining the firm’s operations function as a manager in 2004, Lynch was a management consultant, completing data- and research-related engagements with the US Navy and FDA.

Lynch has an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in business administration and psychology from the University of Maryland.
