“Rob is a dynamic leader with extensive consulting and leadership experience, and I am confident in his ability to build on Mercer's strong foundation in key cities across our West market,” said Faizani. “His track record of serving clients and driving business success will enable us to continue expanding Mercer’s position as the employer and consultant of choice.”

He has deep expertise working with plan sponsors to implement retirement plan choice, analyzing pension issues related to union negotiations, analyzing risks and benefits of sponsoring pension plans, and designing and executing de-risking and risk transfer projects.
