Eisner Advisory Group promotes 10 to partner
Eisner Advisory Group, the business consulting arm of mid-market accounting and consulting firm EisnerAmper, has promoted 10 team members to partner, effective August 1.

Steven Bisciello (healthcare, Iselin, NJ) has nearly 25 years of experience in operations, compliance and revenue cycle management supporting hospitals, hospital systems, physician group, and homecare organizations.
Sarah Brand (real estate, Philadelphia) has more 20 years of experience providing accounting services to real estate clients, including private equity real estate funds, commercial and residential real estate companies, hotels, and condominiums.
Jennifer Cuello (financial services, Dallas) has more than a decade of experience advising clients in the financial services sector, with a focus on private equity, venture capital, fund of funds and hedge funds.
Rebecca De Leon (financial services and technology, San Francisco) has more than a decade of experience supporting broker-dealers, VC and PE funds, RIAs, technology and life science companies, and commercial entities.
Nina Kelleher (EisnerAmper Digital, New York) leads the risk advisory services practice within the firm’s digital business. She is also the national leader of the Special Purpose Acquisition Companies ("SPAC") services practice. Kelleher has more than 15 years of experience in internal audit, governance, risk, and regulatory compliance.
Daniel Krauss (tax, San Francisco) has more than 15 years of experience providing tax controversy, equity compensation planning, QSBS and other taxation services to privately held companies, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Lindsey Layman (tax, financial services, San Francisco) has more than 10 years of experience providing tax compliance and planning services to a broad range of asset management clients, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds and funds of funds.
Allyson Milbrod (tax, Iselin, NJ) is co-leader of the firm's National S Corporation tax services team. She has more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and advisory services to closely held businesses, HNWIs, and families, with a specialization in professional services firms.
Ling You (tax, real estate, San Francisco) has nearly 20 years of experience in providing consulting services to real estate PE funds, and management and operating companies. She has deep expertise in fund structuring, exit strategy planning, multi-state apportionment, state and foreign withholdings, composite filings, effectively connected income, and UBTI.
Charles Waring (assurance and technology control services, Philadelphia) has more than 15 years of experience in internal controls, IT risk management, regulatory compliance, and third-party assurance/SOC reports. He is also part of the ESG services leadership team focusing on ESG reporting.
EisnerAmper in 2021 bisected into EisnerAmper LLP, a CPA firm that provides attest services, and Eisner Advisory Group, which provides business advisory and non-attest services, as part of TowerBrook Capital Partners’ investment in the firm.
The two entities include approximately 250 partners and 2,750-plus employees.
Big Four firms Deloitte and EY are currently examining splitting their consulting and audit businesses to head off increasing regulatory and compliance risk over conflict of interest.
