Elite Consulting Partners, a boutique firm specializing in transition, recruitment, and consulting services for financial advisors, has announced that it has reached the milestone of 50 team members.

The Moorestown, NJ firm also announced the opening of a new office in Atlanta. Elite has further locations in Mt. Laurel, NJ (suburban Philadelphia) and Boca Raton, FL.

The consultancy is in the process of adding more employees in the weeks ahead to its team of financial services industry veterans, former financial advisors, and wholesalers. Elite’s professionals have previously worked at firms including Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch, and Lincoln Financial.

The specialist firm supports financial advisors and corporate clients in their due diligence and transition process, including transitions to new roles within wirehouse, regional, independent, and registered investment advisor platforms. Elite also advises on challenges in revenue maximization, practice valuation, mergers and acquisitions, branding, and advisor recruitment.

Elite Consulting Partners reaches 50 team members

"When I began Elite Consulting Partners 11 years ago, it was my goal to establish a financial services recruiting firm unlike any other in the industry,” said CEO Frank LaRosa. “I am proud that not only have my team and I achieved that goal, but that we have the ambition and drive to start each day fresh in pursuit of a new level of success. This dedication and commitment are the same effort we put to work on behalf of our clients as we continue to level up as a company. I cannot begin to express how immensely proud I am to work with everyone on the Elite team."

LaRosa has more than 25 years of experience in financial services. Prior to founding Elite, he was a financial advisor at Smith Barney and Prudential Securities, as well as an executive director at Morgan Stanley.

Elite earlier this year opened its new office in Mt. Laurel. The firm had approximately 30 professionals at the time.
