W. Capra promotes Tim Radway to chief operating officer

W. Capra Consulting, an IT consultancy focusing on the retail industry, has promoted Tim Radway to chief operating officer.

In the newly created role, Radway will lead accounting and finance, cross-functional operations, sales and marketing support, and growth operations.

Radway has nearly two decades of professional experience, with expertise across finance and operations, sales, and accounting. He has been at W. Capra for 10 years, most recently spending five years as director of finance and operations. Radway joined the firm’s Chicago headquarters in 2012 as a senior consultant.

Before W. Capra, he was a technical recruiter at Synectics Inc. and held operations manager roles at several closely held organizations. Radway was also previously a location manager at Hertz.

He began his career as an accountant at Kenny and Kenny.

Radway has an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in international business from Dominican University.

Capra has more than 80 employees across offices in Chicago, Nashville, and Toronto.
