Rachel Posner joins Kroll as chief client officer
Rachel Posner has joined Kroll, a risk and financial advisory firm, as its first chief client officer.
Based in New York, Posner will lead Kroll’s global client development, account management strategy, and expansion of key partnerships.
Posner brings 20 years of experience in strategic communications and legal advisory. She joins Kroll from Teneo, a PR and strategy consultancy, where she was a senior managing director. At Teneo, Posner advised C-suite executives and boards on global restructuring and crisis communications situations.
Before that, she was a managing director at PR firm Kekst, where she delivered financial and communications counsel to private and public companies globally. Earlier in her career, Posner served as general counsel at Georgeson, a provider of strategic shareholder engagement, proxy solicitation, and governance advisory. She began her career as an M&A attorney at Fried Frank LLP.
Posner has a law degree from Yeshiva University and a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
