Davies acquires Chicago insurance specialist MVP Advisory Group
Davies, a London-based professional services and technology firm serving insurance and highly regulated industries, has acquired MVP Advisory Group, a Chicago-based boutique management consultancy focusing on property & casualty and life & health insurance clients.
Founded in 2012, MVP helps insurance firms solve challenges in underwriting, policy administration, claims management, client experience, finance, compliance, data warehousing, data, analytics, human resources, and information technology. The consultancy’s offerings span transformational roadmaps, program management, quality assurance, data management, and analytic and digital transformation.
MVP has 22 employees, according to LinkedIn.
Davies’ acquisition of MVP will expand its consulting division and its US operations. MVP managing partners Russ Bostick and Donn Vucovich will continue to lead the business and all MVP employees will continue in their roles within Davies.

The firm in 2021 acquired Sionic, significantly expanding its risk, compliance, and technology consulting capabilities with the addition of more than 340 professionals across the UK, US, and Canada.
Davies says it has in recent years expanded its US operations to provide third-party administration and loss adjusting solutions across all 50 states, as well as captive management, auditing, actuarial, subrogation, excess claims management, and risk & inspection solutions.
