Pariveda, a Dallas-headquartered management and technology consulting firm, has appointed Margaret Rogers as chief executive officer.

Rogers, who most recently served as the company’s head of delivery excellence, will succeed Pariveda founder Bruce Ballengee in mid-2023.

Ballengee has led the company since its founding in 2003, growing it to more than 700 employees across 11 cities in North America. He will continue to serve on Pariveda’s board and will work closely with Rogers during the CEO transition period.

“We've been planning succession for a new CEO for several years and selected Margaret Rogers based on a variety of factors, including a strong vision for our firm, alignment with our mission and values, and the ability to enhance our culture,” said Ed Fiske, chair of Pariveda’s board.

“I am delighted our board selected Margaret as our new CEO, reinforcing our human-centric culture," Ballengee said. "I look forward to Margaret's people-first, human-centered leadership approach, keeping our mission and purpose at the center of all we do.”
