Guy Lehman and Stan Michaud join data consultancy Cynozure
Guy Lehman and Stan Michaud have joined Cynozure’s US operations as the London-headquartered data consultancy builds on more than 100% global revenue growth in 2022.
Lehman, who is based in New York, joins the firm as a senior data strategy advisor. He brings 25 years of experience in data strategy, transformation, and value creation – with deep expertise developing enterprise solutions in analytics, governance, third-party data acquisition, and data products.
Lehman was previously VP of enterprise data strategy, governance, and enablement at Walmart and head of connected enterprise data strategy and analytic productization at Honeywell. Before that, he held VP roles in the data strategy practices of Sapphire Digital and Moody’s Analytics Pulse.
Earlier in his career, Lehman spent over a decade at Dun & Bradstreet, where he was latterly VP of global data strategy and product development. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University.
Michaud, who based in Boston, joins Cynozure as a business development specialist. He was previously a business development representative at software firm Lambent and a marketing manager at real estate agency DMG Brokerage.

Cynozure was founded in 2016 and provides data and analytics consulting services to private and public sector clients. The firm’s offerings include data strategy, solution and organizational design, technology implementation, business change programs, coaching and mentoring, and ongoing support services.
Cynozure has 34 employees listed on LinkedIn and has worked with clients such as The National Trust, Soho House, and Tokio Marine Kiln.
